Toyota Frontlander export to Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia drives on the right, so the left-hand-drive Frontlander fits without modification. Most buyers order new 2026 or recent 2024 units, shipped to Jeddah or Dammam.

Which ports serve Saudi Arabia?

Jeddah Islamic Port on the Red Sea serves the western region, and King Abdulaziz Port, Dammam serves the Eastern Province and Riyadh by road or rail. Both receive Ro-Ro and container services from China; we quote the port closest to your yard.

What conformity rules apply?

Vehicles imported into Saudi Arabia must meet the Kingdom’s technical regulations, administered by the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO). Conformity certificates are issued through the SABER platform, and customs clearance is handled by ZATCA. Your customs broker usually applies for the certificates using the vehicle documents we provide.

Saudi Arabia has long limited imports of used passenger cars to recent model years, so most Frontlander orders for the Kingdom are new 2026 vehicles or recent 2024 units. Confirm the current age limit with your broker before ordering used vehicles.

Fuel and specification notes

The Frontlander is specified for RON 92 or higher; Saudi stations sell 91 and 95 grades, so buyers should use 95. The hybrid’s WLTC consumption of about 4.6 L/100 km is attractive for taxi and ride-hailing fleets in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam.
